Tuition and book fees
We keep the school as cost effective as we can for the community we live in. If there is a way to work out payments, we will do our best to make it happen.
Full-time, K through 6th

The CCS tuition agreement
All families are expected to return a completed tuition contract, which includes a schedule of all payments that will be made to CCS. It is included with your enrollment or re-enrollment forms.
All enrollments and re-enrollments are pending until a tuition contract is received by the deadline stated. After the deadline, students without contracts are placed on the waiting list.
Late and bounced payments
- There is a $25 fee for bounced withdrawals or checks. You will be notified by email and should make arrangements for payment immediately.
- An additional $25 late fee applies if a payment is not received before the 15th of the month.
Please let us know if we can help before this happens. It’s much easier to figure out beforehand than afterward. We can’t help if we don’t know.
No prorating
If you leave before the year has ended, you are responsible for the full month of the date you left. For example, if your student attended only the first week of January and left for any reason, you are responsible for paying for all of January.

- Annually: pay in full at the beginning of the school year.
- Monthly: spread payments across the school year.
